Almost 4kg gain in a week 🙈

Hit rock bottom this morning with no milk or cat food in the house. But back is no longer in spasm and I’m off the pain meds. Time to get back on track, starting with a clean breakfast and a brisk walk.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
