i have not been doing well with my diet these last two weeks. last week i was on vacation and thought i would do good, um no. i went to savannah for one day last week. it took me forever to get under 200lbs and then i hit 195 that took a while to break, now the 180s are kicking my butt. i think i need to try another diet so i can get back on track and focused. dr. ian smith has a new 4 day diet, has anyone tried it? any suggestions will help. thanks
