1800 Calorie day. Should be trending downward in the weight. Not happening fast. But 1800 calories a day I can do. I tried 1550 last Monday - that was painful!

I hear ya...it's taken 3 weeks to lose 1.5lb..I was so upset at the weigh-in I just cried. Now I'm at it again, but just trying to do some exercise and eat more (that sounds crazy to me still). Good Luck
