hello everybody!

I`m so tired and unhappy with my results :( . I`m starting to live healthy, i`m giving up, i`m starting, i`m giving up...
I must stop it. I`m having a big celebration on 21st of February and i want to burn my fat. My challenge is to lose 4-5kg (9-11lb) till that day.
I want some ideas from you. How do you keep focus on your goal? How do you stop craving for food full of sugar and unhealthy fats? What was your story of losing weight?
Please, write me :)

I`m from Lithuania so my English is poor but I will try to do my best ;) Of course, discussing with you can improve my English :)
142.2 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1- Every time you come into a situation where there's food you shouldn't have (cookies/pizza/fries/...), ask yourself if that particular 'cheat meal' is worth slowing down your weight loss. Works for me! :D

2- How to completely stop craving sugar -> avoid all sugar, white bread, pasta, cookies, etc. and even limit your whole grains to 2 portions a day instead of 1 portion in every meal (you can get your carbs from fruit and vegetables). It may sound weird but I also stopped craving fat by quitting sugar =)
