A Diet to end all diets. The Last Leg of my weight loss. To remove the chub of Christmas and all else besides.
Started at just under 69 on the 5th. I went back to work on the 6th and started hard-core dieting to get this thing back into gear.
62kgs is my new-years resolution. Along with better fitness/flexibility. And advancement of my career.
