Good job buddy. Keep it up, it's more about how good you feel, than what your actual weight and inches lost is a good sign...so kudos. I'm a yoyo myself, but I usually run into the door about three or four times before I knock it down and get back to my lower weight 190...Then over time I creep up again to 205-210. I work out often, am healthy, and feel good, even if not the ideal body image. Such is life. Keep at it, you'll get to where you wanna be with time.
