I was down again today, even though I drank a lot this weekend. I did try to make good eating choices, even though we ate out twice. Exchanged any starches for double veggies... ordered chicken or steak, no sauces. This morning when I woke up, I felt VERY bloated... it was hard to even close my fingers! If I can drink lots of water today and flush that out, I will hopefully be down tomorrow too.
