Worked out very infrequently over last three weeks (maybe 7 times). Back on track, but sore. Ate a lot of sweets and crap over the holidays. Scale shows 184 sometimes and then 185, so I am thinking I gained some fat...lost muscle. Am changing routine around to avoid boredom. Need to deal with this very cold weather (-20's w/o windchill). We are not getting above zero for many of these days. Also should call Steve and Steve to go for a MOA walk this week.
