今天的運動日公休一天;全身肌肉痠痛的要命,走路屁股都會痛,手還舉不高呢😭😭
然後體重會不會太跳痛這個2公斤是怎麼跳的,我實在搞不懂,它也是看心情在跳的😡😡
我決定今天中午要吃想吃的,反正體重計也罷工了😂😋😭
