Today is first day of Ramadhan and I have starting Fasting too. It won't be easy to workout during Ramadhan expect for my week off days. Schedule is very tight and I don't want to loose what I have achieved so far in terms of my Fitness goal. The focus will remain on Diet no matter what and 2 to 3 days Gym with home workouts. Wish me Luck.
154.1 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

By the way I keep walking, Or follow diet of muslim football player in ramadan. You can check it if you want. Hard weight lifting not working for me in fasting time🤷🏾‍♀️
