The yoyo weight is going not well. Keeps going up and down really want to get to 140 but no luck. the holidays we had a lot of junk around so that wasn't great but getting back on track.

Been walking again about 3 miles a day but that makes me hungry.

I have been into fruit but maybe too much....

Got my period after a missed month menapause is taking forever to actually come ..So hoping that is some of the gain.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 95.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.4 lb a week
