Been Sick with Bronchitis and Bronchial Pneumonia for 2 months now and have had to take dose after dose of steroids which left me with a bottomless pit for a stomach. I made extra bad choices thru the holidays which did not help me at all either. Now time to drop the excuses and get back on track. I know I can do this and lose the extra weight I put on. What am I waiting for? Oh that's right, nothing. #noexcuses#justloseit!
