I have developed a binging habit and have left this site for around just over half a year... I have gained a lot of weight and am quite frightened about what to do and what to eat now. It has been really scary going through this annoying eating habit but there have been a lot of supportive people giving advice on Youtube ^_^ I hope I can make my eating habits healthier and maybe stay clean away from comfort foods such as bread and chocolate as they have been getting both my health and emotions down. Back to this site again :D
136.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
