using same weight as last week, we had no meeting this week and i'm trying to stay off the scale until next week, i did have one bad day this week, i had a chilli dog and some fries and then i was feeling guilty which then made me eat more than i should have, and i didn't even write down points for that day(bad girl), but why do we do that? just because you have a minor screwup why do i sabotage everything for that whole day? i did get back on track the very next day, but i need to figure out why i do that to myself so i can break the cycle of bad habits. would love to hear any suggestions, and please tell me i'm not alone in this.
