Snow, snow, snow everywhere.........We are in the middle of a blizzard. But I am greatful because I have a nice warm home & food in fridge..I AM BLESSED
I am at a standstill in my weight loss and I know it is because I ate those cookies & crackers & peanut butter..I have been eating to much salt in the evening. I was better last night ate hardly anything after 6:00 PM, I had an Atkins shake which I have frozen in ice trays. It was like eating a fudge bar..delicious
