crazy! I ate about 1300 or so calories yesterday. Close to 80% fat 15% protein and 5% carbs and I lost .8 of a pound. Was lazy ...no exercise.
124.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
