23.6% fat

Two months I’ve been going back and forth from 141-144 😴
Got down to 140.8 and back up to 142. Maintenance is obviously hard work. I know I’ve got more muscle and less fat% than I did two months ago but, damn. LOL.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
