No clue why I went up - I've been decent with the eating. Water weight! I at least did 10 minutes on the stationary bike today. =)
168.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 43.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know this problem very well on my own ( I think we are both on the same weight level). Last week I went up, because I lost track on my diet. Too much stress, I'm kinda an emotional eater, I think. So I guess that's my problem I have to work on. Unfortunately I've been not very good at it. I looked up your diet calendar and saw that you eat a lot of carbs and too few protein. So try to eat more protein (min. 20% of your daily calorie intake). Maybe this will help...
