Trying to get high blood pressure under control. I know I must lose weight in order to do this as meds are not doing it yet, at least not in to the normal range. One month of not watching really what I ate knowing that starting the first a lifestyle changed needed to happen. Hubby is on board as well. Hopefully we'll be able to police ourselves. Good start no salt added to my jimmy dean d-lite turkey sausage breakfast bowl, only pepper. Salt is a big down fall for me.
