starting 2014 with a weight of 248. Down 46 lbs since last April. Not too bad I think. Before the holidays I had gotten down to 246...Here is to 2014 being even better!
Want to go out cc skiing today...but the temps are below zero without a wind chill...so won't be able to be out too long if I make it out. See how many layers I can fit on without busting at the seams! Have to make sure everything but my eyes are all covered.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have to be able to see where I was going! Went out for 1/2 hour today. I was sweating because I put on so many layers...hehehehe. The only thing that was getting cold were my fingers. Had to go into the house because of them. Next time I should use the hand warmers in mittens instead of wearing gloves. Thanks Condo! Happy New Year to you too!
