Really did not eat well yesterday. Was at the parents and kind of snacked on a bunch of stuff. So far, I have found that a big dinner does not bode well for the morning weigh in :)
Need to do a better job of controlling temptatations day in/day out...
160.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
