I've got a job interview next Monday and neeeeeed to look my absolute best...used the day after my bday to start a 365 work out program...move at least 30 minutes everyday...I'm on day 6 today so 359 to go!!! I will conquer these goals once and for ALL dang it i'm' fired up and mad about it now!!!! 140 here I come!!!
200.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
