Not been on for a while, having a crappy time of things and have definitely fallen off the training and diet control... after seeing a photo and noticing my running tops had got a little tighter.. im going back into recording my food again... hopefully I can stick with it.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It only took me not feeling good with any clothes and that reality check on the scale 🤣 Once you get the first week in it gets easier 😊

To keep the weight off you need to keep counting the calories even when you reach your goal weight
