Not been on for a while, having a crappy time of things and have definitely fallen off the training and diet control... after seeing a photo and noticing my running tops had got a little tighter.. im going back into recording my food again... hopefully I can stick with it.

It only took me not feeling good with any clothes and that reality check on the scale 🤣
Once you get the first week in it gets easier 😊

To keep the weight off you need to keep counting the calories even when you reach your goal weight
