Lost 3 more pds this past week. Wish I lost 6 like I did my first week, lol. I've lost 11pds this month and my goal was 10 so I'm happy ;)
197.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
