All in all I'm not disappointed. I actually didn't weigh myself when I started, I was relying on my actual weight. So even though the scale said 199, I think I was a little heavier than that. My pants feel a bit looser so I will rely on that instead of the scale. I'm still watching what I eat so I'm hopeful I will have better results next weigh in.
