I am back down under 203 again. YAH!!! I was sooo busy yesterday I exercised on the treadmill for 30 min before church. Took the kids to the rec center swam for 2.5 hours. Lifted weights for about 20 min and then still walked on the treadmill for another hour. JUST to loose 5 ounces..... I am very happy to see a weight loss today. :)
