Had a great workout tonight & have had great food choices. I still need to eat dinner, but I have almost 900 calories left to eat tonight!

Walked on the treadmill averaging 3.1 mph for 70 minutes. Equalled 3.61 miles! My legs feel like jello.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
