Yay! I hope the weight loss I'm seeing is not just normal fluctuations. I've been going soooo good. Only had seven alcoholic drinks in 18 days. And, I've been exercising almost every day for either one or two hours. I must keep this up!! Only six more pounds until I get to book a room at the beach as a reward.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
