I did my official weigh in this morning and I'm up 4 lbs. from November. Yikes!! Well, that means I need to get back to it and work hard. I have some motivation because we have 2 weddings to go to this summer and I would like to wear a dress for them, so at least I'll have something to work for.

I'm feeling much less stressed now with the holidays almost over. We have the baby shower at our house next weekend, then my hubby's family Christmas the weekend after and that is it for a few weeks. I should have plenty of time now to get my workouts in, I just need to stop making excuses. Today is actually supposed to be in the 50's, so if I get off work early enough I will try to go for a run. It will do me some good I'm sure.

My hubby and kids are gone tonight, so I'm going to get some cleaning done, but I'm also going to spend some time relaxing in the peace and quite. Have a happy Friday!!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Pretty sure we are all 'up' for the holidays, just glad its almost over! lol New years for my family means deep fries everything and of course cocktails a plenty. I better work double time at the gym Tuesday. Enjoy your peace, its been one hell of a week and you deserve it. Ive been meaning to ask you what couch to 5k app you use and how it works. My resolution is to start running in the new year, I could use all the advice I can get!

I am with Yoganda. I would like to start running too and I could use all the advice and help I can get. It is too cold to run outside right now and it is hunting season, but I am sure I can adapt it to my elliptical until I can get outside. Also, a night alone means no excuses on missing your run or doing some type of exercise. After all that is doing something for yourself and with no distractions I find it more relaxing sometimes than watching a movie.

Yolanda- I just looked up Couch to 5K on my app store thing, and it brought up the app called Couch to 5K, so I've used that. It's really nice because it tells you when to walk, run, when you're halfway, and to warm up and cool down. I can also use Pandora while I'm doing it.
