Getting back on track. Slowly.
Goals include: Eat foods to fuel your day. No extras, except for celebrations. Aim to lose 5 pounds a month until you reach your goal weight.
Updates: I've reached each of teh above goals for January. It was a tough battle at the end, but I did it! February will be a more difficult month because it's shorter, and I have a lot of travelling for work. I think I'm going to check in every two weeks, so I have a middle-of-the-month and end-of-the-month checkpoint.
