Okay, Think Thin, Think Thin, Think Thin. See yourself Thin, Positive Thoughts. Eat in moderation and stop eating when you are comfortably satisfied. This is how life should be lived. Before you eat, check your hunger cues. When you eat listen to your hunger cues. When you are done eating, give God the Glory for guiding you with your transformed life style and transformed mind. I am not on any diet, I am not counting calories or fat, and I don't deny myself anything. That is how it should be. Thank you Jesus.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
