Morning everyone, just done my first 48hr fast yesterday.. was a little confused what my first meal should be ? (So had protein -chicken , burger )As I might try to fast for 23hrs and have a small eating window .. undecided at mo .. as I need energy for my job (Posti ) and gym sessions ? Any help / ideas from you nice people .. anyway have a happy Easter 🐣 x

Thankyou yuliia for your help .. much appreciated.. still early days but I’m thinking the 16/8 will defo work better for me and give me the energy once gyms are back open .. will definitely be checking those books out ..👍

Me too, I haven't get the courage to do 48. Maybe you want to try to eat avocado, salad with extra virgin olive oil, fish or meat, and a can of nonsugar milk. I do 20/4, those are what I regularly eat to fill up calories in short period of time.
