Wow. A week of work, monitoring everything, but it’s finally paying off 189-183.4.... yay!!!! Honest effort, no pills, no crazy fad, just being responsible and accountable for my actions!!!
183.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
