Thanks. I hope this will work, and that I don't stop half the way. Because last time i wanted to lose weight I couldn't go further when I was half the way.

Recognizing plateau's is half the battle. Because it's at this point that we can examine what we're eating and by making one small adjustment break through that plateau and realize our next milestone.

Check the ingredients in mayonnaise, maybe you might consider switching to mustard instead.
