Went out last night to a wine and cheese party. I was driving so I only had a glass of wine but ate a lot more cheese than I should have. I ate more cheese than I recorded in my food diary but I'm not exactly sure how much. I probably would have been fine if we had left by midnight but the people I drove wanted to stay so we didn't leave until 1:30 which meant I got pretty hungry.
I haven't been drinking when I go out at all recently. I occasionally have a glass of wine at home but not when I'm out. It's not just because of the extra calories, my willpower after even just one drink to resist whatever bar food my friends have ordered (usually cheese fries) is zero. I order a club soda so it's slightly more interesting than plain water. Also a treat, since I've completely cut all other types of soda from my diet.
126 is exciting! Every time I try to get in shape I usually get to about 127 and then stop watching what I eat and going to the gym. Not this time! At my heaviest I was 137, which I know isn't very heavy but I am not that tall and I have a very small frame so any extra weight just accumulates in my stomach and looks gross. I don't necessarily want to get down to 115, something healthy and toned is what I'm aiming for but I was 115-118 about 5 years ago and felt good
126.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
