I wanted to not post a weight gain but if I don't then I won't get wise on which path to take to lose weight. Picking off my kids plates and trying to log them is my biggest downfall at the moment.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
