I am getting comfortable at this weight. I havent exercised. I am going to tonight at our church. Hopefully 2lbs gone by next week or the end of this week.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is the getting comfortable a "good" thing or a "bad" thing? Is the lack of exercise a "break", haven't been feeling well, or something else? Keep up with the healthy habits you have created during this weight loss journey Yogamama!! You have 16 lbs to go and you will arrive there ... in time. It's absolutely wonderful to kick back and relax a little and relish the accomplishments you've made. But don't "rest" so long that you are tempted to fall back into old habits. Please know this is all said in kind support of you ... if I'm way off ... just disregard!! Have a good one!!

You are not way off and always supportive. Being comfortable is both good and bad. Good because hey I lost 68lbs, I am under 200 and that is all awesome. Bad because I do not want to stay here or heaven forbid go back up. Not exercising because I am sore and tired. I just have had these stomach issues and it is really messing with me. I do take breaks like this though and then when I start to exercise again I drop like 5lbs so hopefully that will happen this time too. I also am not sleeping, my youngest is not sleeping at all at night anymore. The weather doesnt help, it snowed today and man is it cold. But I am not eating crap or overeating so that is good, just not exercising. I will tonight though.

Sounds like you just have a lot on your plate!!! Where do you live? We finally got some sun here (North Idaho) the last two days but Friday it snowed like CRAZY!!! No wonder you are tired if one of your little ones isn't sleeping at night. Good to hear you are still eating well ... the rest will come!! I think it is a good thing to get comfortable with your "new" body!! And great to get comfortable with new healthier eating habits as well. I just know that so far, every time I've lost the weight I got TOO "comfortable" and slipped back into old not so healthy habits that led eventually to me having to do this AGAIN and AGAIN. I don't want to do that anymore. I'm getting too old for this!! LOL!!! Good to hear your thinking ... I KNOW you'll be just fine!! I hope your little ones starts to sleep soon ... how old is she?
