I seem to be at a plateau now. You’ve got to love those things. Had meatloaf, baked potato w/butter, and Brussels sprouts last night. That ought to be enough to break the spell. It was delicious anyway. That makes red meat about twice in three weeks. You have no idea how big a change that is for me! Toodles!
262.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
