I never knew how much better I would feel not having all that processed junk in my body. I feel ahhhhmazing! I'm so excited to change my eating habits. I'm trying to lose a little weight but more than anything I want to learn how to eat correctly. I have already learned so much but there is so much more to learn. I am on my way! :-)
