Going to start weighing at the gym with my clothes on since the scale there is a bit higher and supposedly more accurate. Still using my scale since it is what I have been going by for past several years.
106.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
