I started this diet on Dec 31st...at 195.6lbs. I am down to 178.4 lbs 4 weeks later...a loss of 17lbs. I'll take it. I have done this following the Atkins Induction Phase pretty much and exercising a good amount which includes cardio and weight-lifting.
