I blame water retention. I've been decent on the calorie intake, so, yea...curse the female body!

me too that damned water retension...and the damned sodium that causes most of it...cant seem to get it thru my thick skull though that the more water we drink the better off we'll be..o.0 eek...but imma give it the college try for sure...^_^
