okay.. well I gave up for a bit but I stayed very steady which was a good feeling as I cringed stepping on the scale today.

I have recently started a biggest loser contest with people I work with and know.. I think it's gonna be great motivation for me to jump back on the excersize horse! I'm excited and look forward to the months to come.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week
