Wow...loss 9.5 lbs. in 1 week! I'm following the program 100%. It's been since Dec. 20 since I have had real solid food. Total loss so far at 44 lbs. My weight starting this aggessive program was 254lbs. Raised my total weight loss goal from 49 lbs. to 64 lbs. 20 more lbs. to go! According to the BMI Chart I will still be over weight at 190lbs. Should I go for 180 lbs.?
210.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
