Decided to jump on the scale again today. they seriously do start dropping quick when you're as consistent as I am! Now I just need to hide the scale for a week. This is becoming an addiction!
189.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
