Well to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I have counted everything, exercise as much as I can for now. What do I have to do to lose more weight? My blood sugars are low and in fact too low for me. I can't stop shaking, hands and legs...I feel horrible. I feel like a loser.

Hey Kim, Don't beat yourself up for your past mistakes in diet and exercise! Resolve to start anew TODAY! This is NOT going to be easy. It is NOT going to be comfortable. You are making a huge life change and it is HARD. You have to get rid of all your old habits and switch them out for new, healthy habits.
I looked at your diet log for the 28th. Starting off with sweet tea is not a good start. Not to mention its complete lack of nutrients, it will spike your blood sugar, and with you being diabetic, that is the last thing you need.
For breakfast, you should have 8 egg whites, two pieces of whole wheat toast (no butter, or maybe spray butter), and a small 8oz glass of orange juice. That will give you good nutrients and will help tide you over to your next meal.
Please keep logging your meals and I'll do better about logging in on the PC so I can keep tabs on you. And please keep up the journal entries!
