Supper yesterday was at 18:30 Dry fast till lunch time .
So it works out to about 18 hours dry fast .
Had half a cheese pita and large glass juice and sparking water .
Supper Mix veg and cheese
Tooo much sugar free chocolate 🍫
138.2 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
