I am at my first goal weight. I am ready to set my new goal weight. It will be more challenging now since I am getting closer to "normal" weight. BMI says I am just about to exit the Obese category. So now on the what the chart says is overweight. Guess what! I am "underweight" compared to what I have been and I am glad of that. I try not to let those labels get me discouraged. 189.8 lb Lost so far: 59.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
