I haven't been journaling much but have seemed to have gotten back on track. I met my first goal today so it is time to set another, another 10 lb. mark. I seem to do better without setting a time line. In the past I would go past my goal date without reaching my goal weight and then consider it a fail. This time I am just setting weight goals and that way I will always have a goal in sight but won't be faced with self imposed failure.
