So, Chinese food a definate no no. It took me out of ketosis and I gained weight. I think it's a bit early (only 5 days of exercise in a row) for the exercise to start building muscle. In any case, I'm disappointed, but with new motivation. I can do this!
243.4 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
